Domestic:

Everyone deserves to elevate their personal self care routine, so we ship FREE Australia-wide!

For deliveries within Australia, please allow 4 – 15  working days for your order to arrive.

International:

Enjoy Haus of Wellness from anywhere in the world - self-care is universal!

Flat rate: $30 AUD per order

Shipping times vary but can take anywhere between 7 -21 business days.

We are currently only shipping to USA & UK. 

Please note, your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. HOW is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from HOW you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

At Haus of Wellness, we are committed to providing you with products that help manage your pain and improve your quality of life. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend that you use them for a minimum of 10 days before considering a return.

If you are still unsatisfied after 10 days, please contact our support team at infohausofwellness@gmail.com.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by emailing us at infohausofwellness@gmail.com.

We will notify you of your refund within seven days of receiving your item. Please note that once your refund is approved, it will be processed and you should receive it within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

A re-stocking fee of $19.99 applies to all refund and the purchaser bears the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse in Australia.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time.

  1. Order edits / Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is simple: If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours after placing the order.

Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible.

If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process below.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

Note: For health and hygiene purposes, items such as sticky pads or consumables may not be returned/refunded.

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at infohausofwellness@gmail.com with proof like a photo or preferably a video of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase.

Emails for a defective product must be sent within 3-5 days of delivery of the product.

Note: For health and hygiene purposes, items such as sticky pads may not be returned/refunded.

4. Still not happy with your order?

We want you to love everything you order! If you’re not convinced or completely satisfied beyond a shadow of doubt… at any time… we insist you immediately demand a return within 14 days of delivery date.

And, realize this… that Haus of Wellness’s massagers are totally new and extremely exciting, but it goes without saying that the customer is required to commit to required routines as each person is unique in how long it takes to get the relief. Days required:

Minimum - 30 days
Better - 60 days
Ideally - 90 days and using it as a part of your active daily lifestyle.

Be it Arthritis, Neuropathy, or Aches & Pains of any kind, the built-up inflammation below the surface of your body will dictate how long it takes to see results. It takes time to help reduce the inflammation below the surface of the skin and to work through the muscle cramps you have had for many weeks, months, or years. Some users experience relief really quickly while others need more time. This is based on your body and the nature of the way Arthritis, Neuropathy, or Aches work.

5. How to initiate a return?

Email us at infohausofwellness@gmail.com. You will be guided through the return process.

Your email for a return should include the following details:

A Photo or preferably a video of the product
Your Contact email address

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be clean and undamaged.
  • Customers are responsible for returning their item and may ship back the item using the courier of their choice. Upon request, we will send you our return address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
  • Returns will be reviewed and money will be refunded upon inspection & approval.
