NDIS Orders

The NDIS’ goal includes providing innovative and personalized options for people who suffer from psychosocial disabilities. Because of this, more people can improve their day-to-day experience, and boost their social and economic participation.

If your anxiety is classified to be a psychosocial disability, then you can be covered by the NDIS.

When your anxiety is felt more often than not, it is inevitable to experience various impairments in your daily life. The NDIS coverage would significantly help in providing you with anxiety support services to alleviate its impact on you.

You may have personal support to help improve your living conditions and live more independently. With a  recovery coach and support workers, you can practice better daily routines including eating well, meeting appointments, and practicing personal hygiene.

Also, you can seek support for developing your life skills and community participation. Debilitating anxiety can be combatted with motivation, mentoring, and support from mental health professionals.

We recommend seeking support from your case worker to work out the best route for you.

How To Claim Pain Relief & Anxiety Reducing Products On NDIS

If you wish to use your NDIS funding to purchase Haus of Wellness products we'd love to assist you in this process. Haus of Wellness is not a registered NDIS provider at this stage, however if you are self-managed or plan managed you may be able to use your NDIS Plan to purchase low cost sensory equipment if you have funding for Assistive Technology or Consumables.

If you have funding in either budget, you can purchase sensory equipment without a quote providing the item:

  • Is considered “reasonable and necessary”
  • Is related to your disability
  • Costs less than $1500
  • Is not considered to be “high risk”

We recommend you seek advice from your plan manager or support coordinator prior to purchasing if you are unsure.

How to claim Haus of Wellness products with the NDIS

If Self-Managed

There are two options:

  1. Order from the website as normal & pay upfront using our payment options

You submit your invoice to NDIS yourself.  Once the order request is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email with a link to download your pdf invoice

  1. Let us know the items you want to purchase so we can generate an invoice

If you prefer to claim funds prior to purchasing let us know the list of products and the details required for the invoice on infohausofwellness@gmail.com. 

We will send you a TAX Invoice via email so you can claim it via the NDIS online portal. Once you are reimbursed by the NDIS, you can order from the website as normal and pay with your preferred payment method. 

 If Plan Managed by an Agency

In this case, the Plan Manager/ 3 Party Agency pays us directly for resources.

Email us at infohausofwellness@gmail.com with:

  • the items you would like to purchase
  • Name & NDIS number to be included on the invoice
  • Delivery address and name & contact phone number 
  • Email address of your plan manager to forward the invoice to
  • We will also email you a copy

As soon as payment is received, we post the items to your preferred address and send you the tracking number.
